August 3, 201510 yr Smoke them at home first and then BBQ them to heat.I do this anytime someone wants me to make them ribs.Smoke at home then finish when I get there.
August 3, 201510 yr After an hour of smoke cold I'd probably wrap them in foil for extra heat protection and bring to temp then grill to make pretty.
August 3, 201510 yr Mike - if your grill was on high for an hour and that is the finish you got on the steaks your grill is pointless. Your shrimp look like they soaked in cold oil instead of frying as well. You need heat. WAY MORE heat.Almost out of propane.
August 3, 201510 yr Spare cylinder is a must if you schlep propane tanks. We always have spare tanks, mostly older ones. Put a pound of so of tannerite in them and it is unreal from 200 yards away.

August 3, 201510 yr Now just imagine how much better it would have been had you listened.I ran low on propane..wouldn't past 300 dont you eat raw beef?
August 3, 201510 yr If you ran low on propane you should have just cooked insideAnd I could not have put the shrip directly on the grill they were itty bitty they would have fell through. Maybe next time I will try that.
August 3, 201510 yr Sure but when i cook it I do it right lolYou have to remember I am not a master chef, and have very little time to practice.usually I only have maybe one day of month to actually be able to spend time trying.sometimes months go by before I have the chance.
