You are on track.  Those core work outs I showed you are all you really need.  I can show you how to use the hoyst in person to fine tune sometime.

I can't do those core work outs and stretches front to back right now at all Sean.  For the record.  Let me find the yoga flow I'm working on to help my pelvic tilt.  I actually question one of the moves in it But, it's so good overall that I'm really trying it.

 

I just did the stretches once today and perhaps the sugar pill worked but I feel better.  Will do them again before bed.  Can't say I made a full 60 seconds on some of them, but mostly because I am too tight to even get into the position and I figure 30-40 seconds in the position is better than 60 not.  Brought the pain.

Endorphins alone are going to make you feel better.  And the circulation.  

 

Every second is better than no seconds.  The weather change has me crippled.  I decided it's not worth it.  Took my pain meds and now I can finally stretch out myself.

I finally broke down and bought a utility bench to help with my bent rows. After using it for 2 weeks I wonder why I waited so long.

I would start out with some intense cardio to get your body rolling.  Then a couple of days in, start to add some weight intervals between cardio.  For skiing, I know it is a mixture of endurance, power, and flexibility, as well as oh shit levels of coordination.  So with speed cardio, broken up with burst of weights, and then back to more cardio, repeat, you are sort of mimicking fun in the snow.
