February 13, 201312 yr This is fucking dumb. I think I found out why I had trouble eating so much before. I think the truenutrition whey I was taking after every work out was upsetting my stomach. Last few days I skipped it, and after the wo I was super hungry, and ate like crazy. IE: Today I ate 3700kcal, and still have an appetite. Never liked the powder I ordered from them any ways, time to switch.
February 14, 201312 yr Finally back. My .02 on the pistol debate, go revolver. Makes it a shit ton easier for the non experienced. The extra trigger weight can be a bitch though. I have the S&W M&P Compact .45 for my carry weapon. Speaking of which, I need to find a couple new holsters. One for concealed carry (prefer small of the back), and an open carry for the right side. Any suggestions? J
February 14, 201312 yr What powder did you get Stefan? I have been thinking about trying them again. If you are dead set on leaving them the 100% whey from muscle milk at costco is a really good price for super top level protein.
February 14, 201312 yr I respectfully disagree about the revolver thing J. I think revolvers are great but a singe stage trigger ,striker, auto loader is maybe the most simple firearm to USE.Rack it and bang until no bangs. Then load next mag, tug slide and bang away some more.Wheel guns handle recoil nicely, but are in truth much tougher to shoot. Not the least of which is a fucking looooooooooong trigger pul.
February 14, 201312 yr I love .45 personally too. I think it is a better caliber than 9mm, but in the thick of it, more rounds sometimes trump more thump.

Not the least of which is a fucking looooooooooong trigger pul.Just glide back the hammer before squeezing. Problem solved. I only suggest wheel because of the possibility of the magazine not being seated properly or of a jam. In home defense milliseconds are life seconds. I love .45 personally too. I think it is a better caliber than 9mm, but in the thick of it, more rounds sometimes trump more thump. Very true. I just know with the amount of crazed druggies that you find in AZ I'll take 15 rounds of .45 over 17 of 9mm any day. J
February 14, 201312 yr I agree an automatic pistol for a side arm trumps a revolver. However for personal protection (actually keeping it on your person) there are a few problems which I do not like. 1. I carry a concealed weapons permit. Legally I cannot have a chambered round in an automatic pistol. 2. Most every attack will be from behind or you will be snuck up on. Especially women. 3. Safety. Even if I had a chambered round in a semi automatic pistol I would most definantly keep it on safety when on my body. I can speak from personal experience that when I had that knife to my throat that I would not have been able to think correctly to take the gun off safety. And I have spent thousands of rounds and have killed hundreds of different animals in my day.
February 14, 201312 yr My FILs 44mag is one of the best shooters I have ever tried. I bugholed 3 rounds with that thing. The weight and huge grip just allows for so much steady shooting. My 9mm xD is one of the least consistent shooters. I'm all over the target. Still working on my grip styles.I really need to do more dry firings. I loved my Anaconda, but honestly the pistol I miss most is my Python. Now both guns cost a fucking mint. Crack habits FTL One of the coolest guns I saw recently was a single shot 500 short barrel pistol with a silencer.Ultra heavy pills and kept them sub sonic. Fucking ninja quiet and a bajillion pounds of force at "medium" range.Fucking hog murderer. Adapt a semi auo platform for that and it would be just something amazing. If you limit speed to subsonic the diameter and total mass of the object matter most and damn can you make some big heavy boolits with that 500 platform. I'll take an Eagle in .44 Mag. Had one, never really liked it.

Some safety's are built into the trigger (see glock for an example), some use beaver tails (my M&P), some use a hand grip 'action'. J

February 14, 201312 yr Piss on it. I'll just walk around with an AR-15 on my back and 30 rd mags. JHell you may as well get the 50 rd drum.

I've had the stuff from Costco before, and the now whey isolate unflavored, both I really liked. In fact with the unflavored now I use to mix 80g+ at once before I started drinking lots of milk. Mixed well, and had little taste.

I have not been able to be in the hop for a bit (server vs my computer issues) and I want to ensure you all are treated correctly. J
