January 31, 201312 yr Author got to say... bose sucks. they sound like shit with the new headunit. i have to fig out the eq setting to make it ok. i get it good for rap. then rock sounds like garbage. uhhh tiring.what i need to do is get new mids and high and an amp already.

It's an excuse to upgrade though. Looks good so far!

February 1, 201312 yr i have a mb quart onyx 4x80. I dont use its in perfect condition. Just throwing it out there if you need a good quality and condition amp for a budget price.Nice tahoe, great choice on drivers

February 1, 201312 yr pmed bout amp. what components would u use with that amp? Try to sample some to get a feeling for what you like. Components are hard to suggest as people have different preferences. What is your budget? Make sure you also budget for some deadening.
February 1, 201312 yr Author i have some deadening for the doors. components up front and some 6.5 coaxial in the rear. all amped. or just 2 channel with components on the front. i would say 500 for amp and front components
February 1, 201312 yr Nice build bro. That MB Quart is a nice amp and sounds pretty good for the price range. I'm using the larger Onx4.125 and it plays well.
