Tuning frequency for daily and competition

I'm getting ready to build an enclosure with 2 BL 15's in my 06 Civic and was wanting to know what frequency would be best for both daily and competition.

For "Competition" the boxes are never really "tuned" Per-say, the ports are used to control Impedance rise and the size of the box and vehicle itself determine the peak frequency.

No way to really know the answer. I would say 35hz would be the common answer here.

I always try to build to what will sound best to MY ears, then if it gets loud and is competitive its just a plus. Comps are for fun anyways....

Well the subs are going into my 06 civic, it's gonna be walled off. Powered by a pair of strapped MTX TA81001 amps.
