I have been looking around for some suggestion for electrical upgrade on a budget? I have been told to do a big three for voltage drops and light dimming but i am still getting some mixed reviews about that. I was wondering if running a second battery would help with light dimming and voltage drops. Im not really looking to spend more than around 2-300 at this time. Im running a zeus 3000 watt amp to 2 12 inch pioneers. Car is a 2002 honda accord dx.

You need to do the big 3 no matter what. Do that and then see how things are.

I agree with the big 3.

you can get a decent alt for 300$

An extra battery would be cheaper, but depending on what the stock alt is an alt may be your best bet.

Are they the pioneer champion pro? 1000 rms one? You won't need 3k rms on those. ~~1500 rms would be plenty for them. Yea depending on your alt, if you do the big 3 in 0 ga and then get a decent size battery for the rear with another run of 0 ga you should be just fine.
