Posted February 9, 201312 yr I'm trying to figure out what electrical setup I need to support a 3000+ watt system. I'm thinking a DC power 270A H.O. Alternator, XS Power XP3000 battery as a secondary, as well as 1/0 through out , of course I could be off with this assumption.
February 9, 201312 yr I would go with a front batt and at least 2 big batts in the back(( i would have at least 250-300 amp hours)).... and should do 2 runs of 0. And that alt is good... and be sure to do the big 3 and really focus on getting good grounds, it makes a big difference
