better explanation of "fog horn noise" ???

    like it will be playing then it will sound like someone slowly pushes the fog horn button until it reache full volume, then it will go away and repeats that until i feel like burning the truck to the ground.

    I am just guessing but I think he is refering to a megaphone type sound?
