I recieved an email saying My order # 1001 has shipped back on February 19th. It still has not arrived??? I am trying to contact FI to let them know because it may have got lost somewhere. I know the postal system is screwed up.

It most likely hasn't shipped. They are behind on orders and it's taking longer than normal build time.

Shouldn't have shipped..if it would have shipped you would have had it by now.

 

It's most likely in process of being built.
