Before i purchase the new baskets and recones i would just like to have some info or how to swap the motors from my 12'' q's to the new 15'' baskets? what kind of tools will i need and is it easy to do?

The screws will be the biggest pain to get out. I use an impact screwdriver to do the job, otherwise it's a simple recone process.

Socket set and a rubber mallet. Thats what I used on my xcs

Gotta use a impact screwdriver to get them out.

 

Other then that you're good to go.
