I've sent my sub in to get reconed over a month ago and on n the 2nd of this month I sent an email wondering the status on my sub and when it should be shipping. All I'm wanting is an update or status of my sub because I have not gotten any response since the 2nd and I have sent 2 more emails since then and still no reply.

I've seen many other posts about how Fi is always busy and they'll respond, but I need a little more communication than this. Order number is #1259

I've called a lot of people this week..not sure if i've called you yet or not or got you taken care of...please let me know.

My names Josh, order number is #1259. I got a call yesterday saying it should be sent today, but still haven't seen an update on the FedEx website.
