June 24, 201411 yr Author Pretty much just need to put the top of the enclosure on. . Going to sucked though cause my drill wont fit in the enclosure to do pocket holes and only have a little more than 5 inches on top so going to need to just use a screwdriver for most of the top screws.
June 24, 201411 yr Author Put the bit in a rachet. Will be little easierI think ill try that Probably going to use a couple scissor car jacks in between the top of the enclosure and top of the trunk to "clamp" the top on then ill try using a rachet for the screws
June 24, 201411 yr Author Don't mind the sloppy cuts on the holes lol. Router broke a while ago so just been using my crappy jig saw I got.The last part of the top will be removable just in case I need to do something inside the enclosure and don't feel like going through the sub or port holes. . June 24, 201411 yr Author This is how I did the baffle. Got t-nuts in the middle of the 4 layers. And there nailed in real good through the other 2 layers so wont have a problem with the stripping like the spiked ones.
June 25, 201411 yr Man- Haven't looked in here in a bit....REALLY nice work! Love the use of the 10/4 wire, and the sandwiched T-nuts.
