April 13, 200619 yr wasnt that him dead lifting ~800lbs? either way that is one big mofo. i wonder how he would fare in todays lifting standards with bench and clean&jerk being what they add. Either way before i quick working out often i would rank up to less than half his score.Bench: 175Squat: 305Dead Lift: 385 (never maxed out, thouht it was useless)ive gone down around 20-30lbs in each since i stopped going for power and started training for cross counry.his guys i insane.
