An interview with an inmate doing many years behind bars, regarding weightlifting, training, and determination. Explains why many inmates are/get so big with the little nutrition they have, so on and so forth.

Not a good read unless you're into weightlifting.

very good read steve, it was interesting to see how this man explained his mental idea on lifting, there is only one way for him

huge weight for strength, unreal stats

wasnt that him dead lifting ~800lbs? either way that is one big mofo.

i wonder how he would fare in todays lifting standards with bench and clean&jerk being what they add. Either way before i quick working out often i would rank up to less than half his score.

Bench: 175

Squat: 305

Dead Lift: 385 (never maxed out, thouht it was useless)

ive gone down around 20-30lbs in each since i stopped going for power and started training for cross counry.

his guys i insane.
