I have used one and sounded very good on 500rms. Just don't over do it. It's not a zcon!

Gonna be hard to find anything better unless you check with the manufacturers facebook pages. I know Obsidian is always offloading their b-stock for under 150. Not sure who else might do the same.

You should rethink ownership cost a bit.  Buying price-selling price = cost.  Saving $15 now to spend $50 later isn't so smart.
