OK, well wondering what your opinion is on dedicated midbass drivers like the JL 6W0, TB 6.5, EU-700 and things of that sort? If one say had a higher frequency range say 10hz-4khz, would you use it? in a 2way or 3way setup? vented or sealed or in door. What price would you go for?

isee, you planning to make your own woofer huh? for that freq range w/o the nice beaming, id say 50/driver.

i would use it in a 2 way, and if space allows vented

neo or ferrite? that wide of a range, i'd pay 35-50 a driver depending upon motor.

IB in door more then likely. 2 way set up.

its a normal magnet( no neo)...and its not mine its someone who I deal for so take your pick. I've seen pics but they wanted some feedback as to how well they think it will do. I think it will do very well. I think the free air resonance is at 52hz. Peak XMAX is 10mm. Needs 150rms to run though.

have any pix of them? with that high end extension, i would be definitely interested

dedicated midbass capeable of producing usable sound below 40Hz while still playing up to 4kHz...i'd like to see that :)

how's this going? and where are my pics??

i'm getting really close to buying a set of kicker rmb 8's for the truck.

Already out there.

But it's heavily enclosure dependent :)
