Ok/fair cosmetically, few scuffs here and there. Works perfect. If it doesn't sell by the time I move, I'll just keep it. It's been a great amp. Will come with bass knob if you like but I do not have the cable. Has deadener on the rear cover.

 

Always run 4ohm stereo and never on low voltage.
