I ordered the xs power I bar 556 through"SoundSolutionsAudio" on amazon. and I received some used products. I am seriously dissapointed. is this person the same as here the SSA store or is this a different seller?

How much did you pay? On the main page ti says SSA, but theres a few dealers via amazon that sell used products you might of purchased via one of those rather then SSA

That is the same SSA I believe. I think that it would ship from XS though, either way if it is the same SSA they will fix the mistake.

it is scratched, broken, dented, metal has like black tar. yeah definitely used. brand new packaging though

When I click on the link you provided, it shows the item as being sold by ASA Performance, not SSA.

look at "more buying options"

doesn't really matter now though
