I misunderstood what the I heat ring option does when I placed my order, and chose not to get it. I mainly listen to metal, so transient response is very important to me, so I'd really like to have that option. I've already emailed sales about it, but I don't expect a response any time soon (because it's 3 o'clock in the friggin' morning). So if it's too late for them to do anything about it, I'd just like to know how much I'm missing out on. How big of a difference does the I heat ring make?

 

By the way, my order is number #2676. I ordered on the 31st of August, but it didn't switch to "awaiting fulfillment" until the 11th.
