Posted May 2, 200619 yr well the time is aproaching. '06 seasoon ends in 4 months and my senior year (and project) starts in about the same time too. I will be running in Street B, equiptment is as follows.OEM TC9 w/ Death Penalty Recone 15"Starting the season with a BX1205D and as i earn money (or if i save nough over the summer) and then i will have around $300 for another amp.I have a 2000 Mazda B3000 Ext Cab 4dr, Will be running either an Optima Yellow top of Blue Top. Set me a goal.I'll have a sticker made up saying "Powered By TeamSSA" and put it across my back windsheild if i hit it. My GF's Uncle used to be a part of Team Kicker and before that Team Roxfor Fosgate. He said if i want to get louder, he can hook me up. Im going to talk to him about what kind of deals i can get on amps from him.

May 3, 200619 yr I'd say you might be around 147.x by the end of the season. But set I voted for 148.x, cuz you should set your goal higher ...Also, as far as SPL in an extended cab... I might let ya in on some secrets. I could prollay lay out a 147.x for ya right off the bat ... if you do it right...nG
May 3, 200619 yr Admin I voted 147, set small goals. Aim for an easier one, then tweek and tune and add more power as time goes on.

June 21, 200619 yr Author Bump for 17 days!my goal is to have the SPL set up ready 2 weeks after my B-day...so the Ava will be temporarily retired after an awsome 1 year of heavy pounding serivce. she needs a rest.
June 28, 200619 yr I voted 147. It's going to be hard to get that far, you are probably going to go through a lot of test boxes and such to find what is perfect. Do you know your trucks peak frequency?? If you did, I know that would help a lot.I am going to be competing in a week and a half up here with my new Elevation Execution, running in Street B also!! I am probably only going to go to that this year to see what the sub can do and next year I am probably going to get serious. I am shooting in the area of a 145......Good luck to ya!!
June 28, 200619 yr Author im going to be able to change the volume of my box and the tuning with a few screws and some ductape.i also have acess to a term lab thanks for the vote. Looks like i can go ahead and say 147 is my goal...but ill keep bumping to up my post count.
