May 9, 200619 yr the only thing that does scare me a little is the Fs which is 16hz on the 8200. my mids will be high passed at 80 hz but i don't know if the eclipse will play up to that. i guess i could stay around 1.0-1.2ft net to keep good upper end extension?<{POST_SNAPBACK}>Thoes specs are kinda skewed, but its because of the LM. I'm really not too sure.but anyway, the fs is 20hz, not 16. Edited May 9, 200619 yr by 7
May 9, 200619 yr No ported...lolYet the LMT from TC you can port just fine <{POST_SNAPBACK}>I am curious the differences between the 8200, RL-s, TC 4Hp<{POST_SNAPBACK}>Rl-s is off the 3HP I think, but its pretty much its own deal. Its has the same 3" diam vc as the SW8000 and SW8200 but its a longer VC for more Bl, hence the use of the quad magnets. the TC 4HP is our high end subwoofer platform. 4"vc and 500 ounce ferrite motor very expensive. May 10, 200619 yr Author wow thanks for all the info 007. i was excited before but now i'm not gonna be able to sleep until i get this in.
May 10, 200619 yr Author one more thing, if these subs prove to be that good than eclipse really needs to get on its dealers for not having any info on these.
May 10, 200619 yr one more thing, if these subs prove to be that good than eclipse really needs to get on its dealers for not having any info on these.<{POST_SNAPBACK}>Ya, these subs are totally underrated, I hope eclipse steps the marketing. but they have done well with everything else so I have faith.
May 10, 200619 yr Admin thank you 007 for that info, humm and LM-p hehe, damn now I really want one,are the 4HP's only sold directly from TC?
May 11, 200619 yr thank you 007 for that info, humm and LM-p hehe, damn now I really want one,are the 4HP's only sold directly from TC? <{POST_SNAPBACK}>You'll have to wait a few weeks and find out...
May 11, 200619 yr its a natural progression, i'll move the 125.2 down to the legatia 62 comp set i plan to get and be good to go. the vas on these subs is 8.27ft, so 2 of them should get a little air moving, lmao.i thought vas was related to the suspension, not to the amount of air they move...xmax and piston area are related to the amount of ai moved.
