Thanks bigjon. Your videos were the icing on the cake for my decision. I was previously going to go with a sundown x series but after seeing that you had the Zv4's and your buddy said he could hear the Zv4's peak while these kept delivering without bottoming out. Also the fact that these are almost a third the cost of the zv4's.

Did you ever do another termlab with all of the wires hooked up? : p

That's really a testament to the box, not the sub at all. Just making sure you're aware of that.

i had the nightshade V2's with ZV3 soft  parts... not Z4 .

and no i have not retested  yet im awaiting soft parts but i will.

A local guy here is hitting 157s with a pair of NSv2 18s with Zv3 soft parts.. nice choice in subs lol

Some want to hit the biggest numbers they can, some want to listen to loud music, some want only lows,...
It's hard to  have it all.

Fi/AA/SSA products are different, but all awesome.

I'm sure you would love the Xcon. But you can't go wrong with the Fi Q. I may be totally wrong, but I would say the Xcon can be louder, and still sounds beautiful.
Don't forget the Fi BL : a friend of mine runs 2 bl 12" in his little Ford Fiesta : they play everytning, they're loud and go lowwww (he has a good box).

I can't talk about the DSS : never ran them yet.  wink.png
