hey guy my friend wants me to buy his us amp 50 hc but we dont know the specs on it. does any one know them? is this amp any good?

I was probly going to pick it up for like 160. but he told me it did 700 watts rms at 1 ohm. i was going to put it to 2 12 inch audiobahn alum Q's the rms on them is 1000.
