Posted February 27, 201411 yr I have been messing around with WINISD for the past day or so. Trying to model my 12" Zcons and follow what these graphs are telling me. 1. When I enter the parameters using the autofill for some of them my graph peaks at around 100hz even though my box tuning is much lower. Why is this? Can someone help this NEWB to understand what I have done in error. 2. Also if I enter the paramters of the web site it gives me error messages saying they are incorrect. If I let it autofill some of them then it will graph. Any explanantion why this is? Thanks in advance.
February 27, 201411 yr The newest update of winisd is kind of a pain in the ass with entering parameters, I usually enter Fs, Vas, Qts, Qms, Mms, Sd, BL, and xmax. Just let it calculate the rest.
February 27, 201411 yr Author Since some of them do not have units listed with them what are they? VAS = ???SD = ???BL = ???mms = ??? I clicked on the unit and not 100% i got them set back correctly?

February 27, 201411 yr WinISD won't let you input "rounded" values from T/S listings. Only need to enter the ones that aren't calculated. Don't use the "auto" box design for anything.

I believe i have some of the units incorrect.

I clicked on the unit and not 100% i got them set back correctly? It doesn't matter. Depends on how manufacturers list their t/s parameters. Just change them according to the manufacturer's parameters and double check when you enter different ones.
February 27, 201411 yr Author Thanks for the help getting it set up. I just not sure what I am looking at or looking for to help with my set up.
