Does FI still show up at 7 for chat ?

Yeah I hear that. I know there busy. But I fell like I'm dealing with a company in a 3rd world country. what ever happened to Shawn ? That guy was amazing at getting to emails and answering question. I got an email back from nick, shawn is no longer with the company. And they are awaiting a shipment for parts.

Do you know if they are still waiting on parts?

Yes from what I was told his supplier messed up his order it happens.
