Posted March 21, 200421 yr ok this is the deal im looking for 15" sub for a friend...he has a MTX1501 (1500w x 1 @ 2 ohm) so the sub has to be dvc 1 ohm or 4 ohm.the price is $350.00 for the sub and has to compare to say a 12a, 15 magnum, 15H2 ect ect something along those lines.at first i was going to get him a sx15 from RE because they said they can build it any ohm load id like, but with that much power im scared to blow the sub. i was told that they dont like that much power for daily just burps.this is going in a 98 accord with good size box tuned to hurt...lolif you need more info i can see about getting it jamie
March 21, 200421 yr Admin since the H2 is mentioned, the 2003 version of the RF Powers might be an option, even though they might be lacking some of the SQ he might want
March 21, 200421 yr Admin sorry, cant edit my post right now, board is kookie, but Casey, aka Kickinaudio might be able to work out a deal on that, also there are a ton of Adire fans on here and a deal no less so the Brahma is a very viable option, and its a more than proven sub
March 22, 200421 yr I'd look into the new Adire Koda subs coming out too. Seem to be very promising. Don't know when they will be available though.
