Hopefully next year!Why cant you?Long story short, I got an MIP back in November and the fucked up court system hasn't dismissed the case even though we went to trial and the judge declared it a mistrial. We have a hearing tomorrow to see if the case will be dismissed or not. This is so fucked up and the county I'm in does complete bullshit cases like this. There's actually 8 of us that are fighting this. The prosecuting attorney is a dumbshit and had absolutely no evidence. All he has is the 2 cops words. One of the cops even lied when giving his testimony. We were all at a small party, really not even a party and the people who actually were drinking took the plea deal and are already done with the 6 month probation. So bottom line is I'm on bond and I can't leave the state.
