i own a 2003 ford taurus.

out of know where my car stereo. turned off.

then my windshield wipers stopped working.

my windows take like 2 minutes after the car starts work.

me and my buddy got the radio to work by rigging the power for the radio to the fuse for the windshield wipers.

non of my fuse are blown or anything.

any ideas of what is going on?

uhhh

His windshield wipers are not working but the fuse is not blown

You have shorts in your wiring. Quite possibly all over the car. I would take it to a certified automotive electrician. Those gremlins can be a real pain to find and made to stay away.
