August 21, 201411 yr Had to shave the stock hold down a bit to get it to hold, but 65 fit instead of 48. 950cca AGM is I guess what I'll have. Just want enough to keep the carpc happy when cranking the motor. Obviously won't have a bass heavy setup as it is about 20 years too late for me on that.
August 21, 201411 yr Already been dropped with spindles, springs, sways, links and the big 6 piston 16/14 Wilwoods. Now it needs POWER.Pics please.

August 22, 201411 yr Getting some 305 Nitto 420s soon, that'll help too. Just haven't decided if I can handle 24's...24's would look good, hell I've got 24's on my s10 and its lowered 2/3. I don't care about looks, the car is for me not for others. My interest is in ride quality which includes the capability to turn. Would love a 40 series tire for that and am concerned on a 35. 23" rims allow this, but there aren't many made anymore otherwise it'd be a no brainer. Not going to buy custom one offs that are a fortune either.Currently I have 5" sidewalls, 23's would be 4.8" sidewalls and 24's 4.2" sidewalls. I don't think 4.2" is enough for a reasonable ride otherwise I'd have already done it. If I were to focus on looks I'd match my sidewall to the wheel gap...but that takes a back seat to the drive.
August 22, 201411 yr Picked up my diehard platinum today. This is the largest they offered that I could fit with the positive post on the right. Next size up was the group 31 marine battery and it was just to tall. I can't complain went from my old non agm group 24 to a group 35 agm.
