Posted September 19, 201410 yr ok so my system is almost ready to install just waiting on my ethos to come and i just paid to have my box made which should be done by the first week of oct .. im trying to do the big 3 with a friend me a me and him have never done one b4.. he knos more them me about car audio stuffs so we should be good.. i just went and got some battery terminals at the car audio place in town.. each terminal has two 0 gauge inputs and two 8 gauge inputs it looks like..my battery is a die hard platinum.. it has reg posts like my stock battery had.. my termeinals go rite over the posts.. so what do i do with the stock wires that have that rings on the end? do i cut off that metal ring and put the stock wires in the two smaller holds in my battery terminals? i just want to make sure i can use these battery terminals to do a big 3 and run my main amp power wire with out problems

September 19, 201410 yr I thought texting and driving was bad. Taking pictures while driving? Oh boy...As long as the factory wiring is still connected to the proper posts on the battery and the wire fits the terminal properly, you should have no issues. Edited September 19, 201410 yr by hdrox88

September 20, 201410 yr Author Yes cut the ends off and use the smaller holes.thanks boss! i took my car to an audio shop near me and the guy was surprised how thick one of my stock wires was.. ill just have to trim the wire a bit to get it in.. Edited September 20, 201410 yr by sundownclown
