How much round over do I need to do on the 90's inside a port?

    I usually do both 45's and round overs. I use 1/2" round over bit in my router. You don't have to do either.

    I built my port before i did any round over, so for the internal L i was going to belt sand, but the inside and outside ports I can use the router.

     

    So maybe I'll be done with the box tomorrow.
