What brand of amp?

I'm not playing it at all just listen to music but the amp is cut on

Could you clarify this? Is the amp on or off? Not playing it but you are listening to music?

The amp is on but not playing music just listen to the mids and highs

Do you have a green light or is it red in protect mode? The make and model of the amp would be nice to know.
