Posted May 29, 200619 yr Well, after having way to many options to choose from I finally just went out and bought a receiver for my home audio setup. Pics here!I like it so far, spent about 30 minutes with it so I haven't done to much. Did the auto EQ (cause it comes with a mic) and it sounds pretty good. It's got T/A, and abunch of stuff that I don't think I"ll use but it's nice to have. BTW those are klipsch hersey's if you are wondering . Enjoy. -chev Edited May 29, 200619 yr by 2kchevy
May 29, 200619 yr Author I don't have any rear speakers yet....so I'm just running 3.0. Yeah I plan on getting a new DVD player and logitech universal remote with my next paycheck. http://www.logitech.com/index.cfm/products...,CONTENTID=9933My dad has some klipsch rears he is wanting to sell to me but I'll have to wait.
May 30, 200619 yr Author oh, I'll have to get some pics of it later, sorry. I love it though, I've been able to mess around with it more and it makes the hersey's sound good. I need some bottom end though, probably need to invest in a sub .
June 1, 200619 yr Author it was 280 before tax, after tax it was like 300. I found some reviews of it on some website I think it's ZDnet maybe? Got pretty good reviews and the only thing above it is a model that costs 500 dollars. Didn't feel like spending that much on something I'm not really that big into, just wanted a nice budget receiver that would compliment the herseys .

June 3, 200619 yr I'm still in a better position that most people...I got a nice Pioneer Elite AV receiver, a Denon DVD player, a Pro-ject turnable-n-pre-amp, all matching Sapphire speakers, and an Adire subwoofer......combine it with a Sharp LCD TV, Sanus Systems racks-n-stands, and Coaster seating; I've got a great setup.
