A pocket jig is what you need. Makes it pretty easy to build an enclosure inside of a trunk

    Do you feel like if affected the car at all, i wouldn't even be taking out as much as you did?

    It's been 6 months and it feels the same as when I got it. I know I weakened the structure, but I'll take the risk.

    Yep, Kreg Jig is the one to buy. Nearly idiot proof. Can even fully assemble the box outside with the kreg's, disassemble and then re-assemble in the trunk WITH GLUE.
