Is it ok to use only two channels of a four channel amp?

I dont see why not. Ive done it before in the past. Why not just bridge it and keep the gains all the way down?

I already have 150 rms per channel going to 80 rms speakers. I don't think I need to have 300rms going to them. The wiring is there if I ever want to go active.

Well you should go active then, it shouldn't be that hard to get down. Tuning can be fun as well.

150 watts, didnt know the Barbara Ann put out that much power if that's still the amp you are using.

There is a gain knob. I'd definitely bridge it IF I didn't go active, but you know me I'd go active. Wicked processing is so cheap now it is absurd.
