8w7's are to expensive.

Too expensive for you. $250 for a small driver with the capablity of the 8W7 is an utter bargain.

So why not run 4 ID 8's then? Nick Morgan's 8 sounds really good despite the looks of its build. To a lot people, including myself, the ID looks like it should sound like total crap but it performs REALLY well for the price point.

CMP 8 sounded great, but lacks balls...

True Bass solution has big balls, but doesn't sound as good..

w7 8 has the biggest balls, but jeez the sound..

ID 8 IMO was the better of both worlds..

The chrome cone-head backplate does look sexy doesn't it? I'll admit, I've molested a few Mag's before.

But back on topic, is SD the ONLY place to buy those ID's?
