Posted August 3, 200619 yr What do you use to islolate the front & rear battery???...should I use a battery isolator; or, will a high power relay work ok?
August 3, 200619 yr we've used isolators..but generally we just wire them in parallel and run a fuse just in front of the second battery. not a single problem yet...wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
August 4, 200619 yr LOL, I have a battery in my trunk so I looked but it is the only battery in my car. that was the old car, the M's is under the rear seat <--actuall y more convenient than the trunk for my install.
August 4, 200619 yr Author If they are the same battery just wire them in parallel.<{POST_SNAPBACK}>Different batteries......front is stock; rear would be something else.
