Posted August 21, 200619 yr Basically I'm on a diet of-Basic carbs: Bread, Rice, Pasta, Salad-Protien: Peanut butter, poultry (in small ammounts), Fish (broiled or grilled, no fried)-Vitamins: Banannas, pills-Medacine: Lots of IBprofienand last but not leastA hell of a lot of water (5 litres today), gatoraid only after a run and tea and coffe in small ammounts.No red meat, sweets, or loaded sanwiches.I better brake 18:00 I'm shaving my head if we go to state.
August 21, 200619 yr Author Right now I can do ~20min on the track...but that doesnt include mudd, sand, grass, hills, etc...Then agian I get bored when running 12laps and then 200m.
