Hypothetically if I have a box that is 1 cuft tuned to 30 hz, for say an 10" type r or ID, will this box have a different tuning frequency for a different sub with different parameters, such as a 10" Fi Q? Box being the same and same port area.

no the tuning will be the same...possibly a smidge higher or lower due to different woofer displacements, but so little i doubt you'd hear a difference
