if you are going to use 2 10" FI subs in 1 box with 1 port does the port still use 16 sq in per cf? or does it double to 32 sq in? what would be optimal for 2 10" BL's

Also would 2 10" BL's @ 1500 rms each be louder than 1 10" BTL @ 3000 rms?
