Ok got the cut out..

Now I need to know how the hell to install this thing. The rubber surround comes off(the part with the holes on top and bottom...So i pulled on it...and theres no holes through the basket..I dont want to go drilling through the sub so im wondering whats going on...

there are cutout diameters on the ficaraudio website

but to help you out its 16.75 inches cutout diameter

There are holes in the basket...run your finger along the bottom and poke a hole through the holes in the basket with a small screwdriver...

(Yes it will go through the edge of the flat part of the surround where it glues to the basket, this is normal, you are supposed to do that)
