Wanna make a work station radio with a car audio head unit! What do I need to make it work in my basement?

Just the headunit?  A 12v power supply that is big enough.

i just use a cheap like 5 amp power supply from parts express.  It works fine for just a head unit

I have a server power supply that I use for that.  Run a pair modified to supply amps and such if necessary.  Think I bought the pair for 25 bucks.  Anything fancier than that and a T amp with an 1/8" to RCA input so you can use your phone as a source is almost better.
