Initial impression is WOW! Haven't built my custom box yet but had an extra one that's 1.4cu ft so just plopped it in.

Didn't change any settings on my amp but man, it sounds like there's 2 12s in there. NICE!

Just did a search, looked up a few suggestions on what to set my amp at and will bump it when I go to school later.

Thanks all for the help and will post pics later this weekend (papers and finals coming up).

Okay, back from class. Before I start working on schoolwork, I thought of a word that I feel describes this sub.

I don't know how to describe it besides using that word. It just sounds solid, really solid. Construction is not too shabby either. :)

I absolutely love it. Can't imagine putting 1k watts to it though.
