Will 2 6" Aeros be enough or should i do 3? The external dimensions of the box are 48.5W x 20D x 16H. Looking to tune to around 33hz or so. Help me out here guys need to order the ports from PSP-INC pretty Soon.

Should be more than enough. Thats what i'm using for my RL-p 18".

If i am doing my math right, your box is 8 cu feet (with a double front baffle and 3/4 inch mdf) which would require 96-128 sq inches of port.

Sorry to thread jack a little, but I need to know also for my case. I will be running a 15" BL in a 3.5cuft box what size 6" port would I need? 1 or 2 6" ports? how long?

why not just make the areo ports urself alot cheaper and u can say u made them. here
