Posted April 2, 200718 yr I may have been sleeping, but I don't recall seeing them before.http://rcamobile.com/Appears RCA has come out with a line of 12V mobile products.I'm kind of intrigued. Their other products are geared more towards the affordable end of the price spectrum and are of reasonable build quality. If these follow suit, I would expect atleast the electronics to be a decent alternative for the budget minded individual.

They don't have anything on their normal website from what I saw. I was speaking with a rep last week about the RCA headunits and he was saying they were very nice. RCA was one of the brands he repped though...Is it me or does the button layout on the RCA headunits look just like an Alpine?
April 2, 200718 yr very alpine...though several companies have mimicked that look...wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
April 2, 200718 yr I am interested, I am going to contact them tonight.I'm waiting for their PR guy to call me back. Finding a phone number for someone at RCA took a while, they hide them pretty good.
April 2, 200718 yr Admin We need to carry a full line up from a single company, even if it is not one of the BIG names.
April 3, 200718 yr They've been catering to the 12V crowd for a few years now. Got involved when mobile video started to take off. From an asthetic point of view, I want to puke. IIRC, RCA is/was a division of Phillips Sylvania. Pioneer used to make a lot of their stuff back in the 90s as well.
April 3, 200718 yr I kinda hate suggesting this but what about Fusion??They do everything from Wiring to HU's to Comps to subs.J
April 4, 200718 yr I talked to a guy dealing Fusion a while ago. They are located down under and it's a pain to get product over here is what I was told.
April 4, 200718 yr Author Can't be all too difficult. There's a wholesaler about an hour from me that carries them.http://www.twhouse.com/Fusion is all over the place here since TWH is so close. All of the budget dealers in the area just purchase most of their inventory from TWH.And I actually just noticed that they supposedly carry RCA Mobile aswell....LOLSo Denim if you were interested in them, you could always just get ahold of TWH.
April 4, 200718 yr Well I fired off an email, so we will see if they reply back.Edit: Nevermind, just got a call back from them. Edited April 4, 200718 yr by Audio Junkies
