Posted April 18, 200718 yr ok i am wondering what series of subs to get BL or BTL. I want 2 12 " subs i want them for every day driving but i want people to be able to hear me coming. I want to know how loud the subs are and what the sound quality of the subs is like. i would also know what would be a good amp to power the subs.
April 18, 200718 yr BL's need significantly less power to get loud versus the BTL's...so you would have to spend less money in the electrical system as well.A Kicker 2500 on a pair of BL's in a ported enclosure (see the sticky section for enclosure recommendations) should work fine.
