So the new BP optoin on the Q is spupposed to increase the power handling from 1000 watts to 1200 to 1500 watts correct? Does anybody have some pics yet? I can't wait to order mine, I just need to sell my old stuff first.

They will look aesthetically the same.

i must have missed a thread, but what is the BP Power option? its not listed in the woofer options and enclosures stickies.

what does it do, why does it do it, and how will this affect the driver as a whole?

As mentioned above... very little visual difference between the two as the changes are mostly internal. Only noticeable difference... and by that I mean you have to have lots of light and peer through the vent holes in the basket to see the axially machined cooling channels. Other than that... you wont visually see a difference. In free air you will notice a MAJOR difference in the amount of air coming out of the basket cooling vents vs the standard version.
