If i place an order tommorow morning, whats the expected time for fi to put together and ship 2 12" BL's?

and do they have a phone number? i'd really like to talk w/ someone

Took mine like 2 and half weeks when they first came out.

BLs are between 3-5 business days depending on the options selected. More machining options puts them into a different part rotation and increases the build time towards 5 days.

Shipping varies between 2-6 business days depending on how far from Las Vegas you live.

ok, so how do i check out...I dont see a link for it. Also, why dont you give out your phone number? I'd really like to go over a few things. Ive sent emails and got responses...but now i have more questions and am in a time crunch

Don't have a phone because its inefficient....spend 8 hours a day talking on the phone and then get no subs machined and out the door.

I bet you have one or more conflicting options selected. There should be a "note" above the ordered items saying that you have chosen options that are conflicting or included with another option. In the case of a BL, if you choose pole chamfer and the cooling it will take away the checkout button since the pole chamfer is already included with the cooling option. Once you click off the pole chamfer, and update the order, the checkout button will return.

Yes, sorry for not having a number, but we do get on the forums for fast repsonses too... Much faster to take care of things this way with 2 minutes of typing vs a 30 minute conversation (not trying to be rude at all... but I used to spend 7.5 hours out of an 8 hour day on the phone fielding calls vs getting work done. Now I can answer questions at 2 am when I have time and not during good working hours. Keeps the overall cost down, not for the phone line itself, but for hiring 2 more people to do my job)

ok, that fixed it...price went up too...

I wanted to ask what size box i should make for the BL, i see reccomended is 1.8-2.5 cubes per sub. I have about 1500watts per sub and plenty of space (I may upgrade to 2500watts a sub in the future if i feel i need more). what effect will 3 cubes per sub have, tuning will be 35hz? Also how much port area do you reccomend for each 12 bl? Im just looking for loud music

Having 3 cuft per sub will yield a little more efficiency and a slightly higher peak around tuning. But at the expense of some mechanical power handling. Larger enclosures have less of an air spring behind them and allow the sub to move a little more for a given power and frequency. We recommend 12-16 sqin of port per cuft used.

so does that mean that they wont get as loud b/c the mechanical limit will be reached befor i make use of all the power available? assuming not playing much below tuning?

No, in the larger enclosure you will reach mechanical limits faster than in the smaller enclosure.
