Help with box design for 12" Q

I am hoping some one can help me design a ported box for a single 12" Q

I am going to run it off of a DLS A6, 1200 watts rms x 1 @ 1 ohm

the DLS amp only has a subsonic filter fixed at 25 Hz.

The dimensions that will fit in the trunk of my 2003 Nissan Altima are:

33" Length x 14" Height x ? Depth is the only variable

my front stage consists of DLS UP6 (6.5" components, mid in doors and tweeters in A-pillars)

the front stage is bi-amped and ran off of a Tru Technology B-745 ( 100 watts rms x 4)

my goal is for the sub to blend well with the front stage and to sound musical and dynamic.
