and also there is no logo on the cone itself. Well I prefer the good old looks though. Does this effect all the sub as well?

I could be wrong but I am thinking that is a one off re-cone of another sub. I would think Scott would announce a new basket. the logo less cone is what tells me that is porbably a one off re-cone.

No, we're not using any new baskets.

That particular person had a old 'claw' basket laying around and they wanted to use it on their sub, so they either mailed it in or got a recone kit for it.

Whenever we come out with a new basket it'l be vastly different, that one has the same clearances as the 12 spoke, so there are no real advantages to it other then cosmetics.

Hmmm... not sure what or where that one came from. I mustve sent out a recone kit for something as I havent had any of those baskets in my posession in a long time...

Man....the claw basket makes me want to hump stuff!!!

Its just the old claw basket that Mags and some other subs have used
