u could do the 2 BLs..or juss a single 15" btl with that power..

Unless he's building for a specific class, I'd take the option with the greater cone area.

it basically is a spl install, just tuned a little lower in order to still acheive good sound on music. and i know 3000 watts isn't alot for spl, thats not really the point. i do alot of bass race and if i end up getting 2 more 1500d's, the bl's will not take 6000 watts daily. thats why i'm looking into the btl's...
